  • credits are unfortunately not refundable after top-up, but you can arrange with someone else who comes to us to buy the credits from you
  • the credits you top up on your account expire in 360 days.
  • the reservation can be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the class will be forfeited (however, you can find a replacement for you)
  • training can be booked no later than 8 hours before the lesson, after which you must contact me personally, preferably by phone.
